Bryan Tublin, Owner and Co Founder of Kitava, joins the show to talk about
After starting his career as a Product Manager at Intuit and Strava, Bryan became immersed in the world of holistic health and nutrition after suffering from a chronic pain injury in 2012. Inspired by the nutritious food that was central to his recovery, he rededicated his career to helping others lead healthy lives. While still working as a full-time PM, Bryan became certified as a Holistic Nutrition Consultant through Bauman College, created a Paleo pop-up series in SF, and founded a successful catering business called Simmer before joining forces with his business partner Jeff Nobbs (founder of Mealmade) to create Kitava, San Francisco’s first fully gluten-free, paleo, and veggie-centric restaurant.
